Valuable Farm at Private Sale.

The undersigned having determined to go west, will offer at private sale, A VALUABLE LIMESTONE FARM,
CONTAINING 175 1-2 ACRES,
lying on the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal, 1 ½ miles south of Antietam Iron Works, and 7 miles north of Harpersferry, adjoining the estate of Elias Wade. 120 Acres of this land are cleared and the balance well set in beautiful CHESTNUT TIMBER, large enough for broad rails, which are worth $10 per hundred on the ground, and a beautiful Boat Dock and Limestone Quarry on the banks of the Canal, which is well known to be profitable on the Canal.
